Cystadenoma of Pancreas
(D.V., m., 56 ani / years old)
Gastric Radiography with Barium: important enlarge of duodenal frame with lacunar images on the duodenum II.
Tranzit baritat: dilatație importantă a cadrului duodenal cu imagini de laminare la nivelul duodenului II.
Intraoperativ Aspect: after duodenopancreatic excision - pseudotumour on the head of pancreas wich compress duodenum II.
Aspect intraoperator: după decolarea duodenopancreatică, pseudotumoră în capul pancreasului cu comprimarea duodenului II.
Punction: clear yellowish liquid.
Puncție: lichid transparent, gălbui.
 Incision of the cyst (between two reference threads) and  aspiration of the content.
Incizia chistului (între două fire de reper) și aspirația conținutului.
After cyst evacuation, the puncture of its posterior wall sets off a second cyst. Incision of the separeting wall with the setting up of a communication  between the two cysts.
După golirea chistului, puncția peretelui său posterior pune în evidență un al doilea chist. Se incizează peretele despărțitor, stabilind comunicarea între cele două chisturi.
Internal Drenage of the Cysts: cystojejunostomy - Roux-En-Y. Prepare of the "Y" limb - jejunojenostomy end- to-side at base of out of transit loop, 60 cm lengh.
Drenajul intern al chisturilor: chistojejuno anastomoză pe ansă în "Y". Preparea ansei anastomotice (1) jejunojejuno anastomoză terminolaterală la piciorul ansei montate, lungă de 60 cm (2).
Cystojejunostomy Roux-En-Y: posterior suture of anastomosis.
Chistojejuno anastomoză pe ansă în "Y": planul posterior al anastomozei.
Cystojejunostomy Roux-En-Y: end of anastomosis.
Chistojejuno anastomoză pe ansă în "Y": terminarea planului anterior.
